Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs or security checks, weather conditions, or routing to remote areas.

2) Processing Time (Before Shipment)

  • All products (general and customized): Ships in 3–5 days.
  • Processing includes order verification, picking, packing, and (for customized items) production.

3) Carriers & Fulfillment

We partner with reliable logistics providers and select methods by weight, destination, and service performance: YunTu/YunExpress, UUS, USPS, SF Express, UniUni.

  • Split shipments: Your order may ship in multiple parcels due to inventory or weight. There is no extra shipping fee for split shipments.
  • Cross-border and last-mile handoffs: Parcels may begin with a cross-border tracking number (e.g., YunExpress/UUS/SF). In the United States and Canada, UniUni or USPS may perform last-mile delivery and create a new local tracking number. Both numbers may appear in tracking updates.

4) Tracking Information

  • A tracking email will be sent when your order ships.
  • Some services can take 2–5 business days to show the first scan.
  • If a last-mile carrier takes over, your tracking may update with a new local number; we include it when available.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing

  1. Confirm your address and check common drop spots (porch, garage, side/back door, parcel locker, mailroom).
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
  3. Allow 1–2 additional days; some carriers mark “Delivered” before final handoff.
  4. Still missing? Email support@kadajoy.com and we will assist with a carrier trace.

Lost or stolen packages: Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient. KadaJoy is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery confirmation, but we will help initiate carrier investigations. If the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, reship fees may apply. Parcels returned as “Return to Sender” require reshipping charges.

5) Restrictions & Duties

  • No PO/BO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a valid street address.
  • Import duties, VAT, and handling fees: These may be assessed by your country’s customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Service area: We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

6) Free Shipping Eligibility

Orders totaling $69.99+ (after discounts/promo codes and before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping to eligible regions listed in this policy.

7) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We work quickly to ship within 3–5 days. If you need to modify or cancel your order, email support@kadajoy.com immediately with your order number and request.
  • Requests are not guaranteed once processing or production begins.
  • Orders placed more than 24 hours ago generally cannot be canceled.
  • KadaJoy may cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., address issues, payment verification, inventory constraints); you will be notified and refunded if applicable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

1) Overview

We want you to love your 3D products. This policy explains the 30-day window, eligibility, the RMA process, shipping cost responsibility, customized-item rules, refund timing, and our 72-hour SLA.

2) Return Window & Eligibility

  • Within 30 days of delivery: Eligible to request a refund or replacement.
  • After 30 days: Not eligible.
  • We may request photos/video to verify and expedite your case.

3) What We Cover (Free Return + Full Refund/Replacement)

  • Missing or damaged components (e.g., panels, parts, LED modules, hardware)
  • Packaging damage that affects product integrity
  • Wrong item/model/style/spec received
  • Manufacturing or fulfillment errors attributable to us

4) Not Accepted

  • Change of mind for items that are used/assembled and have no quality issue
  • Damage/loss after delivery due to handling, assembly, or storage
  • Customer order errors (wrong model/quantity/understanding)

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

5) RMA Required (Don’t Ship Without Approval)

  • Email support@kadajoy.com to obtain an RMA before sending anything back.
  • Include order number, issue description, and photos/video (if applicable).
  • Unauthorised returns are not eligible for refund or replacement.

6) Return Shipping Costs

  • Our responsibility (quality issue / wrong item): We cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label or reimbursement.
  • Personal reasons (e.g., not as expected): Customer covers return shipping; use a trackable service.

7) Customized Products

  • Cancel within 24 hours: Full refund.
  • Cancel after 24 hours (production started): 50% refund of the order amount.
  • Our customization error: Choose free remake, replacement, or full refund.

8) How to Start (Quick Steps)

  1. Email support@kadajoy.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide order number + reason + photos/video (if damaged/missing/wrong).
  3. Receive RMA and instructions.
  4. Ship per instructions (use prepaid label if provided).
  5. Upon receipt & inspection, we process your refund or replacement.

9) Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection (timing may vary by bank/card issuer).

10) SLA — 72 Hours

We process your case within 72 hours after receiving all required information or within 72 hours of receiving the returned parcel (whichever is later) and provide status updates at key stages (RMA issued, label sent, parcel received, refund approved).
