2) Carriers & Fulfillment

Orders are shipped from China using reliable international and local carriers selected based on destination and service level, including: YunExpress, YunTu, UUS, SF Express, UniUni, USPS, and DHL.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost.
  • International shipments may be delivered last-mile by a local carrier, which could result in a new tracking number.

3) Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.
  • Multiple parcels may have multiple tracking numbers.

4) Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • All orders are shipped internationally from China.
  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or handling charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.
  • For assistance with customs or tax inquiries, please contact your local customs office.

5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact phone number are accurate and complete.
  • KadaJoy is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

  • For lost shipments, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier using available tracking information.
  • Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient after the carrier marks it as delivered.
