2) Carriers & Fulfillment
Orders are shipped from China using reliable international and local carriers selected based on destination and service level, including: YunExpress, YunTu, UUS, SF Express, UniUni, USPS, and DHL.
- Orders may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost.
- International shipments may be delivered last-mile by a local carrier, which could result in a new tracking number.
3) Tracking Information
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear.
- Multiple parcels may have multiple tracking numbers.
4) Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All orders are shipped internationally from China.
- Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or handling charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses.

- Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
