Change of mind for items that are used/assembled and have no quality issue
Damage/loss after delivery due to handling, assembly, or storage
Customer order errors (wrong model/quantity/understanding)

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

5) RMA Required (Don’t Ship Without Approval)
