Parcels returned as “Return to Sender” require reshipping charges.

Missing or damaged components (e.g., panels, parts, LED modules, hardware)
Packaging damage that affects product integrity

4) Not Accepted

Change of mind for items that are used/assembled and have no quality issue
Damage/loss after delivery due to handling, assembly, or storage
Customer order errors (wrong model/quantity/understanding)

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

5) RMA Required (Don’t Ship Without Approval)
