If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing

- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Allow 1–2 additional days; some carriers mark “Delivered” before final handoff.

Lost or stolen packages: Once a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the recipient.
